The worktable, also known as the cutting table, is composed of the worktable, the middle support plate and the lower support plate. The worktable is used to install the fixture and the cut workpiece. The middle support plate and the lower support plate are respectively driven by the stepping motor and driven by the ball screw of the gear speed change machine to complete the longitudinal and transverse movement of the worktable. The vertical and horizontal movement of the worktable can be completed manually or automatically.

Wire feeding mechanism of the CNC wire cutting machine

The wire feeding mechanism is mainly composed of wire storage cylinder, wire feeding motor and guide wheel. The wire storage cylinder is installed on the supporting plate of the wire storage cylinder, which is driven by the wire feeding motor through the coupling and rotates forward and backward. The positive and negative rotation movement of the wire storage cylinder is simultaneously transmitted to the lead screw of the supporting plate of the wire storage cylinder through the gear to make the supporting plate move back and forth. The electrode wire is installed on the guide wheel and the wire storage cylinder, and the wire walking motor is started, and the electrode wire moves back and forth at a certain speed, that is, the wire walking motion.
